The Health Center (Dispensary):
It is a sub-center affiliated with Thi Qar Health Directorate for Primary Health Care. The Health Center provides therapeutic and preventive services (emergency and preliminary) for students and associates of Thi Qar University. It sends cases when needed to hospitals and specialized centers according to the referral system. There is a dedicated ambulance during official working hours. This center consists of a group of units, namely: pharmacy unit, laboratory unit, attending physician unit, bandage unit, health promotion unit, continuing medical education unit, autonomy unit. The center is located within the university city opposite the residence for girls (Al-Zahra Dormitory)
